CHARACTERISCTICS:

A golden yellow colour, scent of eucalyptus, sage and hay aswell as flowers of hawthorn.  It leaves a persistent tase that leaves you with a desire for another glass.  The malolactic fermentation makes it smooth and embracing.  At 11C this wine compliments its flavour
